The original Vita uke was designed for ukulele legend Roy Smeck many decades ago. Ohana has faithfully reproduced this uke design and the result is a top quality uke with heaps of tone and projection. The uke's got this bright, 'airy' tone that is quite unique and the Aquila strings improve the tone even more, making this ukelele an absolute joy to play. It features a solid spruce top and mahogany back and sides.

This uke is the loudest soprano in our shop. The lute like body shape simply works! It is much easier to hold than a standard soprano. Although unconventional in shape, this uke is extremely popular due to its playability and tone.
