Music City Cairns was established in 1974 and has been a family business ever since. From its inception, the aim has been to provide the Far North with quality instruments and service.

Music City has supplied hundreds, if not thousands, of happy customers around the country with quality ukes, strings and other accessories. We are proud to have the only dedicated repair workshop in North Queensland. Each guitar is set up to your specifications. If you are thinking of improving your instrument, modifying or fixing it, bring it in and we'll have a look at it for you. The range of parts and pickups we carry is extensive.

We have numerous guitar, ukulele and drum teachers teaching at our store. You are more than welcome to call in for ongoing or casual lessons at friendly prices!
